Break fast- 7.00 AM-8.00 AM, not later than 10.00 AM

Break fast is the most important meal of the day, giving your brain and body the energy it needs to function .

Lunch- 12.00PM-2.00PM, not later than 3.00PM

Lunch is ideal to take four hours after breakfast to maintain steady blood glucose level and keep hunger manageable.

Dinner- 6.00 PM to 8.00PM, not later than 9.00PM

Take dinner at least 2 hours prior going to sleep.
